Lyle & Associates has a team of highly experienced Recruiters who are capable of hiring for the Resource Sector (primarily mining). We can save you time and money because our only business is resolving your human resource issues.

In cases where there is a mine startup and no Human Resource support is on site, we will act as your Human Resource Department. We will:

• Dedicate a highly experienced Human Resource manager to oversee the project and follow the corporate strategic plan
• Supply highly trained, experienced office staff to set up your office
• Hire and train office staff from the surrounding area or from an area where we are able to recruit qualified staff
• Upon completion we will leave you with a fully staffed and organized office
• Note: In cases where you have an HR Manager and staff we will work with them to enhance their requirements and help implement any corporate directives.

At the same time, in conjunction with our Strategic Partners, we will provide seasoned recruiters, who are experienced in the mining industry, to hire workers for the mining operation. We will check references, credentials and provide skill testing to ensure that you have the best possible equipment operators and other mine employees. We also arrange drug and alcohol testing where these tests are requested and are permitted by law.

Our extensive knowledge of the labour, compensation and other statutes which apply to your industry will allow you can be confident that your operation is in full compliance with all labour laws and regulations.
