Elizabeth Lyle, MBA, CHRP

Beth Lyle has had years of experience in making representations before Employment Standards and Human Rights hearings and adjudications. As well she is able to provide assistance to Legal Counsel on Labour Relations and other labour related issues. Having worked for many years as an Industrial Relations Officer for the Ministry of Labour as well as holding Senior and Executive HR positions in the Private Sector, she understands the process and is able to approach these issues from a position of strength and experience.
